1. What we sell

DNA Global Surplus sells surplus, returned, shelf-pulled, and liquidation merchandise — individual items and bulk pallets — through timed auctions, live video auctions, and fixed-price (“buy now”) listings. Conditions are graded honestly (New, Like New, Open Box, Used, Salvage, Mixed) and noted on every listing. All merchandise is sold as-is, where-is. Manifests, photos, and condition notes are provided where available; inspect them before bidding.

2. Bids are binding

Every bid and every buy-now purchase is a binding commitment to pay. Winning bidders and buyers must complete payment within 48 hours of winning or purchasing. Unpaid orders past that deadline are marked overdue and the account is blocked from bidding until resolved by our team.

3. Pricing, premium & tax

A 3% buyer’s premium is added to every hammer and buy-now price. Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. Resellers may submit a valid reseller certificate from their account page; once approved by our team, qualifying purchases are tax-exempt. All prices are in USD; international cards are converted by the payment processor.

4. Auctions

Timed auctions use anti-sniping: any bid placed in the final 30 seconds extends the clock by 30 seconds, up to 10 extensions per lot. Proxy bidding is available — your maximum is secret and the system bids the minimum needed on your behalf. Some lots carry a reserve; reserve amounts are never disclosed, only whether the reserve has been met. Bid history displays anonymous bidder numbers. We may pause, cancel, or reschedule an auction at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Parcels ship with live carrier rates (USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL) selected at checkout. Pallets and bulk lots ship by freight: after you win, our team adds a freight quote to your order before payment. Multiple unpaid orders can be combined into one payment and one shipment. We ship worldwide; the buyer is responsible for any import duties. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier on handoff; report transit damage to us promptly and we will assist with carrier claims.

6. Returns

Because this is liquidation merchandise sold as-is with graded conditions, all sales are final. We make it right if an item is materially different from its listing (wrong item, undisclosed condition beyond its stated grade) — contact us within 5 days of delivery.

7. Accounts

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. We may flag, suspend, or close accounts for non-payment, fraud, or abuse of the platform or its chat. You are responsible for activity under your login.

8. General
