What we collect

Account details (email, name, phone, shipping address, optional business name), your bids, orders, and payments, reseller certificates you upload for tax exemption, messages you send in auction chat and support chat, and standard technical logs needed to run the site securely.

How we use it

To run auctions and process orders, calculate shipping and tax, send transactional emails (outbid alerts, invoices, payment and shipping confirmations, and auction reminders you opted into), prevent fraud and enforce the 48-hour payment rule, and provide customer support (our support assistant can look up live listing data to answer your questions).

Who we share it with

Only the service providers required to operate: Stripe (payments and tax — we never see or store full card numbers), Shippo and carriers (shipping labels and rates), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (secure data hosting), Mux (live auction video), and Anthropic (the AI support assistant). We do not sell your personal information.

What others see

Public bid history shows anonymous bidder numbers (“Bidder #4”), never your name. Reserve prices and proxy-bid maximums are never disclosed. Chat messages in live auction rooms are visible to other attendees and moderated by our team.

Your choices

Auction reminder emails are strictly opt-in. You can update your profile and address anytime from your account. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us via the support chat — note we retain transaction records we are legally required to keep.
