Individual items ship from our Charlotte, NC warehouse. At checkout you pick from live carrier rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) calculated from the item’s real weight and your address. You get a tracking email the moment your label is printed, and tracking also appears in your account under Orders.

Pallets & freight

Pallets and bulk lots ship by freight. After you win, our team obtains a freight quote for your address and adds it to your order — you pay item + premium + tax + freight in one payment. Liftgate or residential delivery needs? Tell us right after winning so the quote is accurate. Local pickup in Charlotte can be arranged instead — just ask.

Combined shipping

Won several things? Use “Combine & pay together” on your Orders page: your unpaid orders merge into one payment and one shipment with one shipping charge, instead of paying shipping per item.

Worldwide

We ship internationally. Prices are in USD (your card converts automatically) and international parcel rates appear at checkout. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

Liquidation merchandise is sold as-is with honest condition grades — all sales are final. If your item arrives materially different from its listing (wrong item, or condition worse than its stated grade), contact us within 5 days of deliveryvia the support chat and we’ll make it right. For items damaged in transit, keep the packaging and tell us promptly so we can file the carrier claim.
